i really enjoyed my time there. the rooms are big and stylish. the beds are very soft, it. the people who work there were nice too. i had quick service when i wanted food brought to my room, and the food tasted good.

i found the valet parking price very expensive, it would have been better if parking had better value.

The hotel room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I liked the ample counter space around the sinks and the well-lit mirrors.

The in-room Wi-Fi signal dropped frequently and made video calls difficult.

the absence of barista made coffee at breakfast disappointed me. the menu lacked flexibility and i found the staff disengaged. i thought these things fell short of expectations for a hotel of this alleged standard. the staff seemed unnatural, and the breakfast charges felt excessive.

The service stood out. Akash ensured everything was perfectly organized before our arrival! the staff helped with sightseeing, from bike rentals to airport taxis. our executive one-bedroom suite offered a large, luxurious bathroom and a super comfortable bed (i loved the dyson hairdryer!). the kids enjoyed the pool every day before dinner.

The wifi didn't work initially, which impacted my business activities. The response was unsatisfactory and a bit dismissive.
